Pregnancy is undoubtedly a special time in life. Women look incredible (whether they feel it or not), and it truly is a beautiful miracle that deserves celebrating.
If this is your first child, a maternity photo session will give you and your partner the opportunity to celebrate you as a pair before the birth of your child: to mark that journey from being a couple to becoming parents. It’s a fun, romantic day that unifies you both; my clients talk about how the day has a special place in their heart, with beautiful memories captured forever.
If this is a 2nd, 3rd or 4th child then its a great way to bond over the expectant new addition, to capture your bump with the family too.
I had my pre-natal shoot with Rebecca and was so impressed that I booked my newborn shoot. I have had many shots taken over the years for my modelling agencies and can say with confidence, that Rebecca is very talented! Her use of lighting is excellent and is very creative…. I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone for pre natal and baby shots. We now have lovely memories to look back on that I am proud to show friends and family.

How I work
Maternity photography is a lovely mix of couple portraiture and beauty photography of the expectant mother. My direction is simple and fun, allowing you to relax and enjoy the session, the outcome being that your photos will look natural and in keeping with your unique relationship. When I meet mummy-to-be to discuss the photoshoot, we talk about styles, dresses, special locations, and designing the maternity session so it is unique to you. We discuss any concerns you have so I can put them at ease, and I have several gorgeous maternity gowns to choose from so you can look – and feel – your very best.
If the maternity session is part of the Bump to Baby collection, it also gives me a chance to plan the newborn session so they tie in together. The bonus is that by the time your baby comes along we’ll have become solid friends.

Becky made the photo shoot fun, comfortable and memorable. We had such a good time for both photo shoots at our wedding venue for the bump and at her studio for the baby……
Becky was adaptable to what we requested and listened to our likes and dislikes to tailor make forever memories within the albums.
We would highly recommend Becky and we look forward to meeting again when we have the first birthday cake smash and even baby number 2 in a couple of years!
